STREET FASHION ASSIGNMENT

Street Fashion
The assignment this Friday is to illustrate a photo essay called Street Fashion. Each photographer will be given a different section of Manhattan to explore. I would like you to make images that tell a story, you should be influenced by your surroundings and some aspects of fashion.
New York City is the fashion capital of the United States, and a city of trendsetters from diverse cultures. Economic setbacks haven’t swayed their commitment to fashion-whether high-end brands or casual hipster style.
Please come prepared for this assignment. Remember you will be on location by yourself and you should create enough images for a series of images. Select your equipment carefully.

• Pay attention to everything outside of yourself.
• Create images of people in their real moments.
