Packets should contain the following:

Your name and cell phone number
Call Sheet –
list everyone in your group
permit (copy)
time and location of your shoot
designers name
assistants name
hair and makeup
equipment list
model release

If you need equipment from the cage please get a detailed list to me by noon this Thursday. Also think before you submit this list, remember when you are on location there is no equipment room to depend on.
